Field Technician - Water Operations

About This Role

This Field Technician role involves actively setting up, operating, and maintaining water systems and equipment that support fracking and production activities in the field. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and clear communication while working in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
• Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
• Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Travel to job sites as needed, often requiring overnight stays
• Work 12-hour shifts possible
• Perform outdoor work in all weather conditions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments

Nice to Have

• Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience
