About This Role

This role drives sales and increases brand presence for Sherwin-Williams products within Lowe's stores. Responsibilities include engaging customers, generating leads, implementing sales programs, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in Paint and Pro departments to drive sales
• Generate customer leads for sales representatives
• Implement effective sales and marketing programs
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage merchandising, quality, and visual standards for products
• Deliver training to Lowe's associates on product knowledge
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed
• Maintain adequate store appearance, inventory best practices, and color wall appearance
• Promote Sherwin-Williams + Valspar brand standards and product strengths
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship
• Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position

Nice to Have

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
• Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
