About This Role

This role involves inspecting, servicing, and repairing cardiopulmonary medical equipment within an assigned territory. The Field Service Representative II is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment within scheduled time frames in the assigned territory
• Sell service business and collaborate with sales to strengthen LivaNova's presence
• Provide corrective maintenance on equipment in the assigned territory
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded in service performance
• Account for all assigned company assets including tools, test equipment, and inventory
• Complete timely paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Maintain an action plan for personal development to improve job skills and product knowledge
• Maintain financial cost effectiveness within the assigned territory
• Communicate accurate technical findings for problem analysis and resolution

Requirements

• 2 years of Technical College or equivalent
• 3+ years as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician
• High level of organizational and territory management skills
• Ability to manage self
• Consistent performance in using logical methods to identify and solve equipment-related problems
• Strong interactive people skills and customer relations skills
• Demonstrated accountability for field service administrative tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 2 years of Technical College or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician
