Field Service Representative II, Cardiopulmonary

About This Role

Inspect, service, and repair cardiopulmonary medical equipment in a designated territory. Manage territory assets, maintain customer relations, and ensure quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment within scheduled time frames in assigned territory
• Sell service business within the territory and work closely with sales to continue a strong LIVANOVA presence
• Provide corrective maintenance on equipment within assigned territory
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded in the performance of services provided
• Maintain accountability for all assigned company assets including tools, test equipment, inventory, and documentation
• Complete timely paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks per organizational policy and procedures
• Maintain an action plan of personal development and training to improve job skills and overall industry/product knowledge
• Maintain financial cost effectiveness within the assigned territory
• Communicate accurate technical findings for thorough analysis of problems, root causes and resolutions

Requirements

• High level of organizational and territory management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage self
• Consistent performance in the ability to use logical methods to identify and solve equipment related problems
• Strong interactive people skills and customer relations skills
• Strong focus on customer relations and timely resolution of problems
• Demonstrated accountability for field service administrative tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relating to solving equipment problems

Qualifications

• 2 years of Technical College or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician
