About This Role

Lead and manage a team of technicians providing wildlife exclusion and repair services for residential and commercial properties. Ensure high service quality, drive team performance, and maintain safety and technical compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver high-quality wildlife exclusion and pest control services
  • Conduct regular field inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and monitor service quality
  • Manage routing and scheduling to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members
  • Oversee service fleet maintenance within the district
  • Act as a resource for service and customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving complaints
  • Cover open routes and jobs when necessary due to employee vacations or turnover
  • Manage district chemical orders and wildlife control supplies (M&S management)
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable in partnership with the District Manager
  • Conduct regular ride-alongs with technicians, providing real-time feedback and training
  • Ensure employee licensure and assist with renewals, ensuring compliance with state regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields
  • Ability to work in the field independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
