About This Role

This role involves driving market development and maintaining client relationships within an assigned territory in the U.S. market, focusing on sales growth for the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and penetrate the assigned market by identifying and onboarding new clients across various trade channels
  • Conduct regular field visits to service and grow accounts within diverse channels, including Wholesale Distributors, Chain Stores, Convenience Stores & Smoke Shops, and Gas Stations
  • Gather, analyze, and report actionable market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer trends, and product performance
  • Act as the local brand ambassador by participating in trade shows, executing in-store promotions, and implementing local marketing initiatives
  • Fulfill other tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team and company objectives

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Proven sales experience within the U.S. market (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory and conduct the full sales cycle
  • Clean, valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
  • Pass a background check

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience within the U.S. market

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
