Drive sales of premier product lines for TTI, a world-class leader in power tools and accessories, within a large retail partner. Engage directly with customers, plan promotional events, and ensure strong brand presence to exceed sales targets and enhance customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through
- Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through
- Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets
- Leverage data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact
- Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics
- Participate in TTI’s world class training program to be equipped with the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market
- Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution and cultivate long-term business partnerships
- Effectively manage inventory levels through down-stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensure prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities
- Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation, ensuring the timely placement of cutting-edge products and solutions that drive growth
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening
- Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state
- Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation
- Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver
- Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product
- Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.)
- Capable of using hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools and build displays
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a retail environment full time and stand for the duration of the shift
- Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- MS Office proficient
Qualifications
- Formal higher education preferred but not required
- Equivalent experience will be considered
