Field Merchandiser

About This Role

As a Field Merchandiser, you will independently manage product placement and inventory for Hallmark products in various retail stores. This role involves collaborating with store teams, supporting seasonal resets, and utilizing mobile technology for daily tasks and communication.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to organize and manage time effectively
• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers
• Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels
• Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as required
• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products using a provided mobile device
• Communicate with supervisor, report time, and provide feedback through technology
• Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers
• Manage the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores
• Provide additional support during peak holiday seasons, including extended hours and potential weekend work
• Participate in department resets, including building and installing fixtures, and relocating products

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
