Promote and sell Hillyard products and services to existing and prospective customers in the Greater Worcester County, Massachusetts region. Utilize a relationship-based consultative approach to assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and help lower overall cleaning costs.
Responsibilities
- Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based consultive approach
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting the best suited to their needs, and those that help to lower total cost to clean
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the "Return on Time Investment" for the territory
- Develop clear and effective written presentations, proposals, and quotations for current and prospective customers
- Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings, periodic seminars, trade shows, and conventions
- Effectively use CRM program to manage pipeline targets and document important sales opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior outside business to business sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration for detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment
- Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 4-year Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Prior outside business to business sales experience.
