F&B Manager

About This Role

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing financial performance, personnel, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service and a clean and pleasant environment
• Maintain accurate and complete paperwork relating to the operation and personnel
• Maintain order and discipline among all employees
• Manage financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds, and operating expenses
• Adhere to cash management policies and identify cash shortages or overages during shifts
• Create crew schedules and manage labor according to models and customer traffic
• Perform all ordering, accounting, and maintenance of product and supply inventories
• Take initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a food service manager in a high-volume setting
• Experience managing food costs, inventory, and labor costs
• Dedicated to provide excellent customer service experience
