The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing financial performance, personnel, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction through effective and efficient service and a clean and pleasant environment
- Maintain accurate and complete paperwork relating to the operation and personnel
- Maintain order and discipline among all employees
- Manage financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, productivity, food costs, security of funds, and operating expenses
- Adhere to cash management policies and identify cash shortages or overages during shifts
- Create crew schedules and manage labor according to models and customer traffic
- Perform all ordering, accounting, and maintenance of product and supply inventories
- Take initiative to immediately act on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a food service manager in a high-volume setting
- Experience managing food costs, inventory, and labor costs
- Dedicated to provide excellent customer service experience
