Drive organic growth and client retention for Compass Group USA by strategically engaging with clients, operators, and field support.
Responsibilities
- Work with operations to consistently demonstrate quality, service, innovation, and value to clients
- Prioritize and engage in territory management, discussing ongoing strategies
- Conduct strategic client interviews and fresh eyes reviews
- Develop multi-level client contact strategies
- Collaborate with the team to develop relationship and retention strategies
- Support contract extension and re-negotiations processes
- Lead the rebid process for top accounts
- Manage overhead budget
Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- Previous district level management experience in multi-branded food service management or retail food service organization
- Demonstrated success with multiple client interface at all levels
- Strategic thinking skills
- Proposal and Proforma Experience
- Ability to read and interpret financial data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- Previous district level management experience required in a multi-branded food service management or retail food service organization. Demonstrated success with multiple client interface at all levels of the organization.
