Fast Track Manager

About This Role

As a Fast-Track Manager in Training, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service and carwash quality, while also completing maintenance tasks and inspiring team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for exceptional service
• Service advise and load customers
• Ensure industry-leading quality for customers
• Complete required maintenance work
• Inspire Team Members to reach their full potential
• Coach, train, and develop others

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Ability to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Management experience in the service-industry
