Join Crew Carwash as a Customer Service Team Member to create smiles and provide excellent service to customers, ensuring high-quality car washes and maintaining a pleasant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and smile while interacting with customers
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Advise customers on services and assist with vehicle loading
• Ensure industry-leading quality car washes for customers
• Help maintain a clean and park-like environment both inside and outside the carwash

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (part-time) or 30 hours per week (full-time)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Ability to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
• Comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
