About This Role

Provide high-quality medical care to urgent care and occupational medicine patients, managing all aspects of patient care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring accurate charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical care to urgent care and occupational medicine patients
• Actively manage all aspects of patient care while on-shift
• Supervise and direct the center’s other clinical staff
• Ensure that all charts are accurately completed in a timely manner
• Adhere to all clinical policies and protocols
• Suture lacerations, drain abscesses, set minor fractures, and read x-rays
• Treat patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Mentor clinical staff

Requirements

• NJ PA or NP Medical License
• Board-certification
• A.C.L.S. certification
• D.O.T. certification
• Prior urgent care experience
• Familiarity with occupational medicine
• Comfort and experience treating patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Clinical ability to suture lacerations, drain abscesses, set minor fractures, and read x-rays
• Clean medical malpractice record

Qualifications

• 1 year of urgent care experience
