Provide support to children and families impacted by trauma, at-risk for system involvement, or those in foster, adoptive, and kinship situations. This role involves skill-building interventions, care coordination, and community outreach.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to children and families who have experienced trauma
- Provide support to children and families at-risk for system involvement
- Provide support to current foster, adoptive, and kinship families
- Provide skill-building interventions
- Provide care coordination
- Provide community education and outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
