Provide support to children and families who have experienced trauma, are at-risk, or are foster/adoptive/kinship families through skill-building and care coordination. Additionally, conduct community education and outreach.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to children and families who have experienced trauma
- Provide support to children and families at-risk for system involvement
- Provide support to current foster, adoptive, and kinship families
- Provide skill-building interventions
- Provide care coordination
- Provide community education
- Provide community outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
