Support a federal government client as an Expert CI/SME Instructor, leading courses and practical exercises on Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations.
Responsibilities
- Instruct Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Course (AFCIOC)
- Instruct Advanced Operations Seminar
- Conduct classroom and practical exercises, potentially exceeding 8-hour days
- Perform work after hours and weekends as required
- Travel within NCR and CONUS for course delivery
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of threat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Served as an OFCO case officer with full operational cycle experience
- Ability to sit or stand for up to two (2) hours at one time and walk for up to five (5) miles in one day
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school and a graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) Advanced Foreign CI Operations Course (AFCIOC) or a legacy military department training course.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing, supporting, and/or providing legal oversight of OFCO.
