About This Role

Join TheKey as a Caregiver to provide personalized, one-on-one care for aging seniors, particularly those with cognitive impairments. Support clients with daily living activities, ensure home safety, and offer companionship to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Provide cognitive and behavioral support by offering gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
Assist clients with personal care including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
Help maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment through basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and assist with grocery shopping
Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
