About This Role

This role will organize and deliver food to guests or package to-go orders by acting as a liaison between the back and front of house. You will ensure dish quality, correct order packing, and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between back of house and front of house to organize and deliver food to guests or package to go orders
• Check status of orders and ensure each dish meets restaurant standards
• Ensure dishes are properly plated and free of smudges and spills
• Ensure to go orders are packed with correct items and needed condiments
• Assist with delivering food to the correct tables
• Assist with side duties of the restaurant
• Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position
• Interact with fellow Team Members in a cooperative manner

Requirements

• Ability to read and organize food trays according to kitchen ticket
• Ability to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
• Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities
• Excellent Guest service skills
