Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents leading Production Shared Services and Production Safety departments within Disney Entertainment Television, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with data organization and strategic planning for multiple TV and Studio production departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars for assigned executives, scheduling meetings and managing contacts
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for executives
- Produce meeting agendas, stakeholder presentations, status reports, and other updates
- Manage executive travel and expense reports
- Align schedules and meetings to meet strategic objectives of the departments
- Determine best ways to manage team members and stakeholders across multiple locations
Requirements
- 1+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for calendar management
- Proficiency in Airtable and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects with excellent follow-through
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface with internal and external executives
- Strong people skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably within production
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of and/or interest in television production and production services
- Experience as a Production Office Coordinator
- Curiosity and a growth mindset
- Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and navigate ambiguity
