This role is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning catered events, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer service for clientele.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a polite, positive manner and anticipate their needs
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas or catered events
- Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down catered events according to group requirements and management direction
- Restock items for next service and properly store all reusable items
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and alerting management when needed
- Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management
Requirements
- Strong sanitation habits
- Strong customer service abilities
- Ability to recognize and communicate problems to management
Qualifications
- Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
