Event Setup Houseperson

About This Role

This role is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning catered events, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and customer service for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite, positive manner and anticipate their needs
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas or catered events
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down catered events according to group requirements and management direction
• Restock items for next service and properly store all reusable items
• Resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and alerting management when needed
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management

Requirements

• Strong sanitation habits
• Strong customer service abilities
• Ability to recognize and communicate problems to management

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
