About This Role

This role is for an energetic and communicative Event Marketing Assistant to represent brands directly to customers at live events. You will engage with attendees, showcase products, and drive customer engagement, directly impacting brand perception and sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at live events, retail activations, and community pop-ups
  • Approach and engage attendees in a friendly, approachable way
  • Share brand messaging, product details, and key talking points with confidence
  • Deliver mini-presentations and demos
  • Gather feedback and insights from event attendees
  • Drive customer sign-ups, purchases, and engagement on-site
  • Assist with event set-up, booth presentation, and breakdown
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track event performance, leads, and impact
