EPIC Technology Project Customer-level Manager

About This Role

This role involves leading and directing managers to provide customer process and device roadmap perspectives, identifying market inflections and opportunities, and developing winning product/business strategies for a global leader in materials engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to managers regarding customer process and device roadmaps (N to N+2) for a broad function area
• Identify inflections, threats, and opportunities for market share and Total Addressable Market (TAM) growth
• Determine market segmentation and requirements
• Deliver detailed competitive analyses
• Develop and manage winning product/business strategies
• Develop and manage relationships with technical buyers
• Improve customer preference to engage Applied Materials on technical problems
• Manage local technical resources and collaborate with Business Unit (BU) teams to ensure high installed base performance and customer satisfaction
• Own and manage Technical Roadmaps (TRMs) and technical engagement programs with customers
• Protect customer and Applied IP and gather competitive intelligence
• Discover customer High-Value Problems (HVPs), understand options, and influence customer technical choices
• Design alternative technology solutions
• Identify cross-BU opportunities and DPY HVPs for TD Process Integration
