Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles
• Perform critical relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews and checking in on their satisfaction
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to partner in their career advancement

Requirements

• Desire to work in a performance-based environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
