About This Role

Install, repair, and service commercial and residential garage door systems, focusing on commercial projects, and educate customers on service options while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial and residential garage doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware
• Install new doors, operators, and commercial-grade systems safely and efficiently
• Clearly explain repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work to customers
• Present solutions using a good/better/best model and collect payment
• Maintain tools, parts, and inventory in the company vehicle

Requirements

• Prior commercial garage door experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in heat, cold, and non–climate-controlled environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes
• Reliability and professionalism

Qualifications

• Prior commercial garage door experience is required
