Enterprise Resources Planning Analyst

About This Role

This role involves supporting and enhancing ERP systems, particularly SAP, within a manufacturing environment. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to align ERP solutions with operational needs, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize SAP ERP systems to meet business and manufacturing requirements
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities
• Develop, write, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and analysis
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolution and user support
• Support ERP integrations with other systems and manufacturing tools
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, data migrations, and change management initiatives
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP
• Solid SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and data requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, cross-functional team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar role

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP implementations or upgrades
• Familiarity with reporting tools and BI platforms
• Understanding of integrations between ERP and shop floor/manufacturing systems
