Expand and grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, facilitating customer adoption, and monitoring churn risk for TCP Software's workforce management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Position self as a trusted advisor to Enterprise clients and focus on opportunities for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell
- Partner with customer success and renewals team to reduce churn, maximize product adoption, monitor customer satisfaction (NPS), and improve overall account health
- Provide feedback and insights that help define and enhance our product roadmap, marketing collateral, upsell, and renewal strategies
- Identify new opportunities and collaborate with appropriate business units to ensure deals close
- Partner with all necessary departments within TCP to ensure removal of barriers to maximum adoption
- Effectively network within accounts from the C-Level down to achieve successful execution of customer's expectations, resetting them when applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience working with global teams
- A strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and O365
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong knowledge of business processes, mobile business applications, and automation
- Proven effectiveness at leading and facilitating virtual meetings and workshops
Qualifications
