The Endpoint Delivery Lead is responsible for coordinating, driving, and operationalizing endpoint engineering initiatives across the organization. This role connects endpoint engineers, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of endpoint engineering initiatives, including device lifecycle programs, OS upgrades, tooling rollouts, and user experience improvements
- Translate technical endpoint roadmaps into clear delivery plans, milestones, and timelines
- Partner closely with endpoint engineers to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and remove delivery blockers
- Serve as the primary point of contact between endpoint engineering and cross-functional partners including Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Procurement, and Business stakeholders
- Facilitate regular status reviews, sprint planning, and operational checkpoints to ensure alignment and progress
- Track and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans related to endpoint initiatives
- Ensure endpoint deliverables adhere to security, compliance, and enterprise standards
- Support change management efforts including communications, rollout planning, and post-deployment validation
- Maintain documentation related to endpoint delivery processes, timelines, and outcomes
- Monitor initiative health using KPIs, metrics, and reporting to provide leadership visibility
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in tooling, workflows, and operational execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience coordinating technology initiatives in an enterprise IT environment
- Hands-on experience working with endpoint engineering, EUC, or workplace technology teams
- Strong understanding of endpoint ecosystems (Windows, macOS, MDM, device provisioning, patching, software distribution)
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models
- Strong organizational, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience coordinating technology initiatives in an enterprise IT environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting endpoint platforms such as Intune, JAMF, SCCM, Workspace ONE, or similar tools
- Familiarity with endpoint security concepts (device compliance, conditional access, zero trust)
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations
- Background in operational excellence, service delivery, or technical program leadership
