About This Role

This Electrical Engineer role involves designing, documenting, and ensuring the functionality of electrical schematics and wire harnesses for a military and defense company, collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document electrical schematics, cable assemblies, and wire harnesses using 2D CAD tools
• Ensure proper system functionality through design verification, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support electrical integration, manufacturing, and production
• Maintain accurate electrical documentation, drawings, and bills of materials while ensuring compliance with standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Experience designing electrical schematics and drawings
• Skilled in wire harnesses and wiring
• Proficient in 2D CAD
• US Citizen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering

Nice to Have

• Experience using AutoCAD for 2D CAD
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology
