About This Role

The Educator is a foundational role responsible for creating world-class customer service in retail stores by engaging with guests, providing product education, and authentically representing the community and culture of lululemon.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and efficient service
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefit
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate transactions and omnichannel program execution
• Engage with guests dynamically on the floor and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment
• Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members
• Collaborate with team members to optimize guest experience and support operations
• Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards
• Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the luxury store environment
• Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the country
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willingness to move through a store for most of a shift
• Willingness to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
• Willingness to work as part of a team and independently

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (asset, not required)
