Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations and other cardiac diagnostic tests for evaluation and treatment by consulting physicians. This role contributes to patient-focused care within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations
- Perform other cardiac diagnostic tests
- Support evaluation and treatment by attending physician
Requirements
- National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography OR National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year experience in Adults and Pediatric Cardiac Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology
Qualifications
- Post High School specialized/technical training from an institution in cardiac ultrasound technology/non invasive cardiac procedures is preferred
- 1 year experience in Adults and Pediatric Cardiac Diagnostic Ultrasound Technology
Nice to Have
- Post High School specialized/technical training from an institution in cardiac ultrasound technology/non invasive cardiac procedures
