Early Intervention Physical Therapist

About This Role

Provide in-home physical therapy sessions to children aged 0-3 within their natural environment, supporting families and collaborating with other professionals to achieve defined goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions using current best practices based on the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community, supporting daily routines
• Collaborate with other professionals supporting the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program, including session notes, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Pennsylvania State PT License
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
• Original Child Abuse Clearance
• Criminal Background Check
• FBI Clearance
