Provide flexible Occupational Therapy sessions for children aged 0-3 within their natural home environment in York, PA, focusing on early intervention and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy sessions based on current best practices and the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community, supporting daily routines
- Collaborate with other professionals supporting the child/family to achieve outlined goals
- Maintain all documentation of service delivery (session notes, quarterly progress summaries, annual IFSP input)
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Pennsylvania State OT License
- Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
- Original Child Abuse Clearance
- Criminal Background Check
- FBI Clearance
