Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

About This Role

Provide flexible Occupational Therapy sessions for children aged 0-3 within their natural home environment in York, PA, focusing on early intervention and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy sessions based on current best practices and the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community, supporting daily routines
• Collaborate with other professionals supporting the child/family to achieve outlined goals
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery (session notes, quarterly progress summaries, annual IFSP input)

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Pennsylvania State OT License
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
• Original Child Abuse Clearance
• Criminal Background Check
• FBI Clearance
