Document Reviewer

About This Role

Review documents for complex litigation matters using electronic review platforms, coding for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for complex litigation matters using an electronic review platform
• Code documents for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Thursday; 7 AM and 5 PM Fridays

Requirements

• Reside in Alabama, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or North Dakota
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing with the bar
• Secure home office with high-speed internet access
• Computer that uses Windows 10/11 or Mac: Ventura (13), Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15) or newer
• Phone or tablet with Apple OS version 16 or later, or Android OS version 16 or later
• Proficiency in utilizing modern technology, especially computers and related remote work equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to retain complex work direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation matters using Nebula and Relativity
• Experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
• Experience with quality control and preparation of privilege and redaction logs
