About This Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, where you'll book service calls, engage with customers over the phone, and collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless service for emergency drain, sewer, and water cleanup situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive exceptional care and attention
• Book service calls efficiently and professionally
• Interact with customers over the phone, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed
• Work closely with service technicians and support staff for a seamless customer experience
• Participate in an on-call rotation including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Handle commercial accounts and de-escalate customer complaints
• Maintain proficiency in computer use and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency on the computer
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work IN PERSON at the Eagleville, PA location
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts during the week, weekends, and holidays in a rotation
• Availability for shifts varying between 7am-5pm Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service

• Experience filing permits
• Experience in the drain and/or restoration industry
