Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for all kitchen and dining area cleaning, including dish washing, pot washing, and general equipment cleaning. This role also involves managing the storage and rotation of food supplies and performing janitorial duties in various dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing, pot washing, and general kitchen and equipment cleaning duties.
• Manage the storage and rotation of food and supplies.
• Execute janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro.
• Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities according to sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations concerning food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills

Qualifications
