Dishwasher

About This Role

The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards. This role ensures all food and supplies are handled and stored correctly.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish washing and pot washing duties
• Conduct general and equipment cleaning
• Handle storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Execute janitorial duties in dining areas like Dining Room, Bistro, and other associated areas
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
• Organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
