About This Role

Maximize overall revenue for the property by developing and implementing effective inventory and pricing strategies. The role involves forecasting demand, analyzing trends, and managing distribution channels to drive market share and communicate strategic vision to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hotels’ analytical efforts as applied to room sales
  • Support the hotels’ yield efforts via analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain an innovative, forward-thinking team attitude
  • Maximize the potential and ensure proactive maintenance and management of all systems: IDeaS, Opera
  • Partner with the property team to provide analysis, reporting and data collection
  • Provide analytical research documents and reports in support of annual Rate and Budget processes
  • Take lead in writing and providing analytical research documents and reports for month end Financial Reports
  • Identify and communicate demand periods (high and low) and build strategic plans with the Sales Team
  • Ensure necessary market intelligence reports are maintained and systematically analyzed
  • Lead Weekly Strategy Meetings; provide insight and recommendations for pricing, availability, and promotional opportunities
