About This Role

Lead product marketing strategy and execution for Teach to One Roadmaps, ensuring its value is clearly articulated and compelling for K-12 decision-makers. Translate product capabilities and customer needs into differentiated positioning and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Teach to One’s positioning, messaging architecture, and audience-specific talk tracks, ensuring consistency across the buyer journey
  • Translate product strategy, product roadmap, and customer needs into clear differentiation, proof points, and go-to-market priorities in partnership with Sales, Product, and Program Success
  • Run ongoing customer, market, and competitive discovery, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
  • Manage the customer advisory council
  • Own the evidence and proof stack: case studies, implementation spotlights, outcomes claims, and “how it works” narratives
  • Lead go-to-market planning and customer-facing launches for new features/offers
  • Partner with Sales to create and continuously improve sales enablement
  • Oversee Teach to One channel activation across website, email, social, SEO/SEM, and events
  • Collaborate with Sales and Program Success to develop campaigns and supporting collateral
  • Define and track success metrics, assess ROI, and drive iteration based on performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with substantial experience in product marketing
  • K-12 education sector experience required
  • Strong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce and Hubspot)
  • Proven experience in managing external vendors
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with substantial experience in product marketing
