Director of Operations and Business Development

About This Role

Lead and manage a branch office for an in-home care company, overseeing business development, referral building, staffing, client intake, and financial management to drive growth and establish Cornerstone Caregiving as the preferred provider.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the St. Cloud, MN branch office
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.)
• Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed
• Monitor on-call responsibilities for clients, caregivers, and partners
• Build strong client relationships, conduct in-home assessments, and ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee the office budget, reflected in profit and loss statements
• Create a positive workplace culture and set the tone for team morale
