Director of Housekeeping

About This Role

Lead the housekeeping department at Azria Health Olathe, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety within the facility. This role involves maintaining all equipment, managing waste, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Remove trash and soiled linens
• Report any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor
• Complete job-related tasks assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Director

Requirements

• Experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Awareness of safety
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
• Solid work ethic and quality customer service
• Reliable and able to keep to a schedule
• Reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proven record of making responsible decisions with the resident's best interest in mind
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient with cleaning supplies, chemicals, and professional cleaning equipment
