Lead the financial planning and analysis function for a rapidly expanding Consumer Services business, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Operate at a strategic level across all functions and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team
- Partner with senior leadership and have significant exposure to the board and shareholders
- Drive business performance during a period of rapid expansion
- Lead FP&A initiatives, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive the finance agenda and business partner across all operations
- Ensure correct decisions are made, costs are controlled, and initiatives are evaluated productively
- Own all strategic planning and projects, financial modelling, and corporate planning
- Provide the CFO, board and shareholders with financial insight required to make decisions
- Perform significant ad-hoc analysis and project work on behalf of the CEO and CFO
- Drive improvements to systems and processes from a senior level
Requirements
- Extensive experience in FP&A
- Fast growth background
- Capability and adaptability to partner with senior level colleagues
- Ability to influence at the highest level
