This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective operation of Club processes, systems, and resources, managing operations, establishing logistics, securing facilities, and fostering a Christ-centered environment. The Director will also focus on growing the number of Clubs and participants through outreach and community relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Club Operations, including evaluations, practice dates, game dates, and camps
- Train and mentor coaches, assisting and launching them into their roles
- Supervise try-outs/assessments, practices, and games to ensure sport and ministry excellence
- Focus on providing quality parent communication and ministry
- Market clubs and recruit families and athletes
- Address and resolve conflicts as needed
- Collaborate with facility contacts on usage protocols and coordinate contracts for facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key staff members of local churches
- Fulfill all FCA administration requirements for registration, coaches onboarding, financial stewardship and training
- Recruit, qualify, train, and develop coaches and expand the Club team with administration, marketing, and parent ministry roles
- Manage and steward the finances for the assigned area of responsibility, including establishing and executing an annual budget and funding plan
- Build a Club leadership board to assist with prayer, sponsorship, donor outreach, conflict resolution, and marketing
Requirements

- Follow a spiritual rhythm, including daily prayer and Bible study
- Lead, conduct, and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes
- Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly attendance
- Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs
