About This Role

This role is for an accomplished and relational enrollment leader to guide families through the admissions process at Concord Preparatory School. The Director will advance the school's vision, strengthen enrollment outcomes, and enhance community presence through strategic thinking, communication, and data-informed strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of the admissions cycle from initial inquiry to matriculation
  • Analyze enrollment data and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and refine recruitment tactics
  • Oversee the accuracy and effective use of CRM and related data systems for reporting and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance engagement for prospective families
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and partners
  • Represent Concord Prep at outreach functions, fairs, conferences, and community events
  • Design and manage key admissions events, including open houses and campus previews
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop cohesive messaging and promotional initiatives
  • Administer admissions and local marketing budgets responsibly
  • Produce timely reports for senior leadership, including enrollment projections and trend analyses
  • Evaluate current practices and implement improvements to enhance admissions operations and family engagement
  • Contribute actively to the school’s leadership team, ensuring enrollment strategies support the educational mission

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, outreach, or client relations
  • Demonstrated success in partnership development and meeting enrollment or growth targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with CRM platforms and data reporting tools
  • Forward-looking, adaptable mindset with capacity to balance long-term strategy and daily operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, outreach, or client relations, with a background in independent or private school settings strongly preferred
