Director, Human Resources

About This Role

This role will provide strategic HR Business Partner leadership and support to the Information Technology organization and serve as a lead HR Business Partner for HR. The individual will act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop functional capability plans and influence talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR business partnering support aligned with business, functional, and HR strategy to resolve business needs and develop organizational plans
• Lead and support client groups with organizational capability and capacity analyses, strategic workforce planning, and organization design
• Act as a trusted advisor of client leaders to support their business and functional plans
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive and lead change, facilitating change management initiatives
• Develop and conduct team development/team building strategies proactively and to improve team performance
• Present options to leaders on organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, staffing levels, and matrix management
• Contribute effectively to client strategy discussions and decision making
• Demonstrate deep understanding of client market spaces including external talent trends, culture, reward systems, and organization models
• Identify opportunities and guide leaders to fill competency gaps through talent acquisition and talent development
• Partner across BD and with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams to align top talent to highest priorities while ensuring inclusion and diversity outcomes

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
• 12-15 years professional experience in HR
• Experience working in mid/large complex environments and matrixed organization
• Experience working with other geographies
