About This Role

This role will shape and capture international advanced effects opportunities, focusing on ground and air launched advanced effects with International Partners, primarily for the Air Dominance and Strike Division.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and capture International Advanced Effects opportunities, including significant international travel, trade show coordination, and understanding country-specific budget cycles.
  • Develop capture strategies, providing cohesive business plans, outlining acquisition plans, and driving program of record execution.
  • Drive product development and program transition by representing key design trades for partner nation specific design trades.
  • Grow existing business by partnering with execution teams and product engineers to expand work with current clients and explore new opportunities.
  • Communicate Anduril's value to clients, partners, competitors, and the public, illustrating the company's approach to next-generation defense technology.

Requirements

  • Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, in a variety of roles and missions.
  • Prior experience working with foreign militaries or ministries of defense, with emphasis on current operational needs and relationships across key allies in Europe and Asia.
  • Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% – 75%.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across surface fires, air launched effects, and air defense domains.

Nice to Have

  • Experience shaping and leading capture efforts in the defense industry.
  • Prior experience working with FMS/DCS and direct international customers with a strong understanding of FMS/DCS processes, including navigating licensing and releasability.
  • High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial, and creative environment.
  • Builder who is adaptive and who can lead new and innovative approaches to market.
  • Comfortable with working in limited resource environments.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
