Lead the organic social strategy and end-to-end content production for a diverse portfolio of brands, focusing on conceptualizing, capturing, and high-speed editing of platform-native video content to drive enrollment and brand awareness. Ensure all digital touchpoints maintain a cohesive visual identity and compelling brand voice through creative storytelling and data-driven refinement.
Responsibilities
- Concept, capture, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms
- Create static graphics, carousels, and simple motion content for campaigns, announcements, and storytelling
- Produce additional content for internal use, presentations, campus initiatives, and event marketing
- Execute day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across assigned social platforms
- Translate brand priorities into compelling, platform-native content aligned with brand voice and visual standards
- Develop and maintain organic social media strategies by platform
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, watch time, saves, and shares
- Use insights to inform content direction, creative testing, posting cadence, and optimization
- Own video and graphic editing workflows using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Canva
- Partner with brand, admissions, and campus teams to source stories and capture content
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing digital and social media content
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling, video editing, and platform-native content
- Demonstrated experience publishing content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Proficiency with modern editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting social performance data
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing digital and social media content
Nice to Have
- Experience in education, workforce development, or youth-focused brands
- Experience capturing content in real-world environments (events, classrooms, campuses)
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, native analytics, etc.)
