About This Role

Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients across various disease states within a dynamic healthcare setting. Utilize your expertise to improve patient outcomes and advance your clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care to all areas of the patient population with a variety of disease states with order writing privileges
• Continue learning and advancing clinical skills and develop nutrition support skills
• Work collaboratively with a team of clinical dietitians

Requirements

• Registered Dietitians Credentials or be Registration Eligible for Certification
• Ability to work well with physicians/providers, nursing, and ancillary staff and work collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) OR Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by ACEND (for those eligible for registration exam prior to 1/1/24)
• Prior acute care experience either as a Registered Dietitian or during an accredited dietetic internship is preferred.

• Strong desire to continue learning and advancing clinical skills
• Prior experience with utilizing electronic health records charting and/or Cerner
