Designer

About This Role

As a Sales/Design Consultant for Closet Factory, you will sell and design custom storage solutions for clients from Lowe's and Costco, managing leads and ensuring customer satisfaction from consultation through installation. You will be responsible for servicing key retail locations and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Service Lowe's and Costco locations, managing leads and working with store personnel to drive sales
• Design and sell custom storage solutions including closets, home offices, and garages
• Engage with clients for design consultations and follow through on leads
• Deliver excellent customer service from initial consultation to installation
• Utilize computer applications for job tracking, design drawings, and communication
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve sales goals

• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in computer applications for design and communication (Job Track, design drawings, email)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable transportation
