About This Role

This full-time, on-site role involves assisting in the daily operations of fleet depots for the FIFA World Cup 26™, focusing on vehicle allocation, scheduling, and logistics planning in Miami Beach, FL. The role ensures efficient fleet operations by coordinating with departments, managing staff, and supporting safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of fleet depots

Requirements

  • Strong operational and coordination skills, including logistics planning and scheduling
  • Experience with fleet management and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
  • Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee depot staff
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for fleet logistics and management
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and operational needs
  • Clean driving record

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in large-scale event operations or logistics
  • Knowledge of the local Miami Beach area and surrounding regions
